   2. 저흰 그걸 감사해야 해요
   3. 저희는 PCAOB에 등록된 애들이고 관련 법에 따라서 독립적이어야 하거든요
   4. except as discussed above, PCAOB standards에 맞게 감사했어요
   5. free from material misstatement  whether due to fraud or error라는 reasonable assurance를 얻을 필요가 있고
   6. material misstatement가 발생할 risk를 판단해서 그에 맞게 audit perform 해야 해요
   7. accounting principle, estimate, overall presentation of f/s를 평가했고요

      1. 아래 쓴 애들이 이번 감사회기에 뜬 애들인데 audit committee에 communicate했고 그런 애들이란 relate to accounts or disclosures that are material 이면서 especially challenging, subjective, complex한 애들이에요
      2. 뭐가 CAM인지 왜 CAM으로 분류했는지 어떻게 감사에서 다루었고 관련 계정/공시는 뭔지
   2. CAM이 없으면
      1. CAM이란 이번 감사회기에 발견된 matters이면서 relate to accounts or disclosures that are material이고 especially challenging to us, subjective, complex한 애들인데
      2. 없더라고요
